1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the BonusLand platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use our services.

2 Account Registration

To purchase deals on BonusLand, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Keeping your account information up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

3 Purchases and Vouchers

When you purchase a deal on BonusLand, you receive a digital voucher that can be redeemed with the specified vendor. Please note:

• Each voucher has specific redemption terms, conditions, and an expiration date clearly stated on the deal page.
• Vouchers are for personal use only and may not be resold or transferred unless explicitly permitted.
• BonusLand acts as a marketplace connecting customers with vendors. The vendor is responsible for delivering the goods or services.
• Availability of deals is limited and subject to change without notice.
• Once a voucher expires, it cannot be redeemed, and no refund will be issued.
• Vendor Deal Removal: If a vendor removes a deal before its stated expiration date, the vendor is contractually obligated to refund all customers holding valid unredeemed vouchers for that deal.

4 Pricing

All prices displayed on BonusLand are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

• If we discover a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
• The original value and discounted price are clearly displayed for each deal.
• Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our secure payment provider.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5 Refund Policy

Our refund policy:

• Unused Vouchers: Full refund within 14 days of purchase if not redeemed.
• Redeemed Vouchers: Not eligible for a refund.
• Vendor Issues: If a vendor fails to honor a valid voucher, contact our support team.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

6 Vendor Obligations

Vendors listed on BonusLand are independent businesses. They are obligated to:

• Honor all valid, unexpired vouchers purchased through our platform.
• Provide goods and services as described in the deal listing.
• Maintain appropriate licenses, permits, and insurance for their business operations.
• Treat BonusLand customers with the same standard of service as their regular customers.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and EU regulations.
• Early Deal Removal: If a vendor removes or deactivates a deal before its stated expiration date, the vendor is solely responsible for refunding all customers holding unredeemed vouchers for that deal, at the vendor's own expense.

While we vet our vendor partners, BonusLand is not liable for the quality of goods or services provided by third-party vendors.

7 User Conduct

When using BonusLand, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information during registration or checkout.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, our servers, or systems.
• Resell, distribute, or commercially exploit vouchers without authorization.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• BonusLand provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
• BonusLand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific deal giving rise to the claim.
• BonusLand is not liable for the actions or quality of service of third-party vendors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Canary Islands, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

For consumers residing in the European Union, you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
